The Space
Spread over three floors and formerly a 19th-century lodge , this luxurious house has been completely transformed, with every detail perfectly calculated, from the stunning artwork to the quality of furnishings, all whilst keeping the quirk of the listed-building. The ground floor features two separate sitting rooms, a formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen with space for casual dining on the island and a private garden. There is double bedroom also located on the ground floor, with a separate bathroom and roll top bath located next door. The first floor features the master bedroom suite, complete with a large and spacious bathroom attached. The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed. The lower ground floor hosts the final bedrooms, featuring the final bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite, a single room with a day bed and a separate granny flat which includes a double bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The lower ground floor also features a wine cellar, reception room, indoor pool and sauna and utility/laundry room.

Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants. Please note the cleaner will attend the property every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth. For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply. A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate. Please note that there is CCTV surveillance located on the OUTSIDE of the property for security purposes.
Getting Around
Parsons Green (District Line – Zone 2) – 12min walk Bus routes – the 14 (Putney Heath to Warren Street) and 414 (from Putney Bridge Station to Chippenham Road). West Brompton and Imperial Wharf Overground Stations are also near to Parsons Green and trains run from here to Victoria or Waterloo via a change at Clapham Junction.
